Florence M. Siple, 84, of Clay Plant Road, Brockway, Pa., passed away Sunday, March 24, 2013, at Shadyside Hospital in Pittsburgh. Born July 21, 1928, in Brockway, Florence was a daughter of the late Louis and Mary Gregorio Galluzzi. She was preceded in death on March 11, 1994, by her husband, William G. Siple. Florence was a member of St. Tobias Church in Brockway. Survivors include a son, the Rev. William Siple of New Castle; four daughters, Phyllis (Danny) Reynolds of Brockway, Jane (Patrick) Shilala of DuBois, Joan (Don) Routch of DuBois and Jackie (Jeff) Uhl of Falls Creek, Pa.; a brother, Louis (Bobbie) Galluzzi of Brockport; eight grandchildren; a stepgrandson; and a stepgreat-granddaughter. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by seven brothers, Samuel, John, Angelo, Ralph, Wallace, Edward and Richard Galluzzi; and a sister, Rose Greenalch. Visitation will be 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday, March 26, 2013, at the Carlson-Shugarts Funeral Home Inc., 1033 4th Ave. Brockway. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday, March 27, 2013, at St. Tobias Church in Brockway, officiated by the Rev. Charles Kaza and the Rev. Father William Siple. Burial will take place in St. Tobias Cemetery in Brockway. Memorial donations may be mailed to St. Tobias Church, 1100 Hewett St., Brockway, Pa. 15824.
